Permitted use

You may use Rights Auditor only for media you own, properly license, or have written permission to use. You must provide accurate rights evidence and follow applicable law and each source platform's terms.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to access private material, evade authentication, bypass DRM or technical controls, remove watermarks, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights, or misrepresent public availability as permission.

TikTok

TikTok access requires the account holder's explicit OAuth authorization. The integration requests only basic profile and public video-list scopes. You can disconnect it from the dashboard. TikTok's own terms and policies also apply.

No legal guarantee

Audit results organize evidence and technical facts; they are not legal advice and do not guarantee that content is free from claims. You remain responsible for publication decisions and required attribution.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available and may change for security, compliance, or maintenance. Material violations may result in access suspension.
